FoodQloud is the NetSuite partner in Europe with a 100% focus on the food industry. We offer a Cloud ERP system that includes CRM, BI, WMS, E-commerce.

At FoodQloud, we take care of the entire process: from consultancy, implementation to maintenance and support. We also develop in-house apps that extend the functionality of NetSuite, designed specifically for companies in the food sector, but also applicable in related industries.

Our team of consultants, programmers, solution architects and project managers works daily on challenging projects for ambitious, fast-growing clients. With offices in Bergen op Zoom, Uden, Amsterdam and Brno (CZ), we are active throughout the Netherlands and support customers throughout Europe.

Your role

As a Sales Consultant, you are the bridge between business and technology. You will immerse yourself in the processes of (potential) customers in the food industry and translate their processes into smart NetSuite solutions. You will work closely with marketing and our solution architects to create strong demos and proposals that meet the needs of our customers.

What you will do

  • Lead generation & prospecting
    • Actively follow up on marketing leads (webinars, campaigns, website).
    • Independently identify potential customers in the food sector.
    • Maintain an up-to-date CRM record of prospects and opportunities.
  • Consultative sales calls
    • Understanding the business processes and challenges of food companies.
    • Translate these challenges into appropriate NetSuite solutions in outline.
  • Relationship management & account development
    • Build long-term relationships with prospects, customers and partners.

You are

  • A strong communicator in both Dutch and English.
  • Analytical and curious: you quickly grasp processes and ask the right follow-up questions.
  • Experience with ERP (e.g. NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Exact).
  • Affinity with the food industry (wholesale, distribution, manufacturing) is a big plus.
  • Proactive, structured and accountable; you keep deadlines and next steps sharp.
  • Willing to travel occasionally within the Benelux + Germany for customer demos and events.
