FoodQloud partners with Celigo: connect your food systems to NetSuite
FoodQloud has entered a new partnership with Celigo, the #1-ranked integration platform as a service (iPaaS). Together we’re giving food and beverage companies something most of them have been missing: a NetSuite core that’s connected to their entire operation, with no manual data entry between systems.
For most food and beverage businesses, the problem was never a shortage of software. It was the silence between systems. Orders sit in a webshop, stock lives in a warehouse system, quality data hides in a separate tool, and finance reconciles all of it by hand, in spreadsheets, after the fact. Every disconnected system is another place where errors creep in and another reason the team spends its day re-keying data instead of running the business.
Celigo is the integration layer that lets your applications talk to each other automatically. Celigo connects webshops, marketplaces, warehouse and logistics systems, CRM, EDI trading partners and finance tools directly to Oracle NetSuite. Data flows where it needs to go, in real time, without anyone copying it across by hand.
On its own, that’s powerful. Combined with FoodQloud’s deep specialisation in the food and beverage sector, it becomes something even more useful.
Stronger together
At FoodQloud we don’t implement NetSuite as generic ERP. We build it around the realities of food: catch-weight pricing, lot traceability, shelf-life management, allergen and recall readiness, and the documentation that regulators and retailers demand. A connected platform makes that logic far stronger. When your sales channels, warehouse and quality systems feed NetSuite automatically, lot traceability stops being a manual reconstruction exercise and becomes a live, end-to-end view. A recall that once took days of digging can be traced in minutes.
The practical wins are straightforward. No more manual data entry between systems, which means fewer errors. One source of truth in NetSuite, so finance, operations and sales work from the same numbers. Faster onboarding of new sales channels and trading partners, because the connectors already exist. And built-in error handling that catches and resolves integration issues automatically, rather than letting a failed order quietly disappear.
For a food business, that adds up to tighter traceability, cleaner compliance, and the ability to scale — adding a new marketplace, a new EDI customer, or a new warehouse — without any trouble.
