FoodQloud processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these data to us yourself.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

We do not collect any special or sensitive personal data. Additionally, our website does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years of age unless they have permission from parents or guardian. For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data

FoodQloud processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Data provided for newsletters: until unsubscribed
• Data provided for webinars or events: up to 1 year after the event
• Data of contacts at companies with which we have entered into a customer relationship: up to 1 year after termination of the customer relationship.
• We retain necessary data for the tax authorities according to the statutory retention period of: 7 years.

FoodQloud only provides to third parties if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

FoodQloud uses functional, analytical, technical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you first visit this website. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@foodqloud.com. To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) for the protection of your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

FoodQloud also wants to inform you that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
