FoodQloud, located at Van Konijnenburgweg 24, 4611 HL, Bergen op Zoom, is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement.

Personal data we process

FoodQloud processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

  • Job Title
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

We do not collect any special or sensitive personal data. Additionally, our website does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years of age unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify if a visitor is over 16. Therefore, we recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data from being collected about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without that consent, please contact us at [email protected], and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data

FoodQloud processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure
  • To be able to call or email you if necessary to perform our services
  • To inform you about changes to our services and products

How long we retain personal data

FoodQloud does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We adhere to the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

  • Data provided for newsletters: until unsubscribed
  • Data provided for webinars or events: up to 1 year after the event
  • Data of contacts at companies with which we have entered into a customer relationship: up to 1 year after termination of the customer relationship.
  • We retain necessary data for the tax authorities according to the statutory retention period of 7 years.

Sharing personal data with third parties

FoodQloud only provides to third parties if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

FoodQloud uses functional, analytical, and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you first visit this website. FoodQloud uses technical cookies. These ensure that the website works properly and that, for example, your preferred settings are remembered. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to [email protected]. To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) for the protection of your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

FoodQloud also wants to inform you that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

FoodQloud takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration.
